Experienced New Jersey Divorce Lawyer and Mediator in Warren, NJ
Serving Somerset, Hunterdon, Warren, Middlesex, Morris and Union Counties
We understand the far reaching effects of divorce. It is important for a client to have confidence in his or her divorce lawyer. With over 26 years of experience, Mr. Moloughney was among the first group of attorneys in the state of New Jersey to achieve the designation of Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Today, less than 140 attorneys in the entire state hold this distinction.
As a divorce mediator, Mr. Moloughney has been approved by the Administrative Office of the Courts to mediate divorce cases. His success in this area has permitted each family to control their own outcome in a manner that is customized for their own unique circumstances. The results are achieved much more quickly, with far less animosity, and best of all, usually by saving large amounts of money.
Mr. Moloughney's success and experience as a divorce attorney, both as to complex cases and relatively simple matters, has also earned him recogniton by his peers and Judges. He has been appointed to various family law committees and has been Co-Chair of the Somerset County Family Law Committee. He has been involved in cases at both the Appellate and Supreme Court levels that have resulted in changes in the law.
As the Head of the Matrimonial department at this 40 attorney full-service law firm, Mr. Moloughney is able to provide his clients with personal attention, while having the resources of the firm available to address any other issues that may arise in other areas of law, be it Real Estate, Domestic Violence, Municipal Court, Personal Injury, Wills and Trusts, or more.
